4-color Risograph artist's book, ed. of 40, 2023.
A collection of imagery that simultaneously looks side to side, backward and forward, and outward and inward, finding unlikely visual pairs in research and experience. The book is Risograph printed and is handbound in a double pamphlet, further exploring the idea of a simultaneous or paired viewing experience.
This initial sketch displays the methodology of bringing together disparate things being contrasted in this book. The left side is an Ai generated 3D simulation of Escher's Reflecting Sphere (with him blinking) and the right side is a nicely worn ball I found at the court by our house.
